1. Free changes
Dates and travellers can be changed free of charge up to 45 days before departure, subject to availability.
2. Refund tiers
45 days or more before departure: full refund minus a small processing fee. 30–44 days: 75% refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Fewer than 15 days: non-refundable, though credit may be offered.
3. Supplier-specific rules
Some hotels, flights and experiences have stricter terms. Your itinerary would list any exceptions.
4. Travel insurance
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and delays.
5. How to cancel
In a live system you would cancel from your booking page or by contacting the concierge. This demo has no real bookings.
